Let’s get the obvious question out of the way. Yes, this is the sequel to Jail Break
. That was one of the first movies I had shot when I first got the gig of Director of Production here at Titanmen. I had wanted to make it for a while and I was VERY proud of how well it turned out.
Parole features Jesse Jackman in the same role from that movie.
I guess we all have that fantasy of being forced by a badge-carrying hot, hairy authority figure who wants to get what he wants. And it’s your ass on the line.
We shot this movie last summer. It was hot. VERY hot. And not just the sex, I mean it was over 100° every day. We have to work hard to keep the energy up, but we did. We had to work hard to focus on getting the best shots… but we did. This movie features some HUGE stars… Jesse Jackman, Bruce Beckham, Bennett Anthony, Anthony London… We had the second-ever appearance of new Titanmen Exclusive Lorenzo Flex…
First up is the Anthony London/Bennett Anthony scene.
It’s HOT… really hot. I’ve always loved the whole “Dad/Boy” dynamic. Anthony playing the hard-ass parole officer (especially with that South African accent) was perfect. Bennett handles his role of the parolee who gets caught with a bag of weed… totally on the nose.
I will neither confirm or deny that the “bag of pot” used in the scene was a bad of my own medicinal Indica. But I will confirm that the line “hey, it’s medicinal” was mine.
Anyway… I don’t hide my love of red head men… Bennett blew me away with his performance in Silverlake, and I was very happy to work with him again. I’ll be working with him again soon. Very soon.
And can I PLEASE brag about what an epic opening shot this scene has? I had begged Keith Webb from Titan to buy me a drone. Like… I was “Veruca Salt Relentless” about it. I had a shot in my head I wanted to use to open my movie Jail Break. I promised him that if he got the drone, I’d use it every time it made sense to use it but that I wouldn’t OVER-use it. Not overusing a toy like that is… a challenge. Being a camera freak I love to mix up which cameras I’m using. I still promise that one day I’ll use my Lomokino movie camera in some scene… We’ll see.
The opening shot of this took about 8 takes, but we got it right. I’m really proud of this movie.
